A Norwegian manufacturer wanted to increase the sales of their range of products in the largest supermarket franchise in the Norwegian market.
Through stakeholder interviews, we created a model of their supply chain and identified a key insight: the bottleneck was one of information flow from the factory to the shop floor. The result was a product that released the flow of information and increased sales significantly.
We’re now working to evolve the product to help UK businesses solve the same challenges.
